jeremy didn't specify he knew this was going to happen. I was just in a game where I had to request a replacement on Day 1 because I had to leave and take care of my father who just had a stroke.

Does a REAL vote somehow make it more serious? Do you really think this is a scum gambit and thus stand by your vote? Or do you think it's more likely that he's town and flunked the game and you want him replaced, in which case, what's really the point of your vote?

So you're going to plant your vote on someone then leave for a week?! You're ether a lazy scum or just a jerk town. If you're scum fine we can just lynch you and make this game an easy win. If you're town however just replace out because you're going to be burden.

Talking with jeremylu. If he will be gone for the entire week (instead of limited availability), then I will look for a replacement.

Yes of course a REAL vote is more serious. All I meant was that my original vote was RVS and this was a scum hunting vote. Yes I can see scum doing it and as that was and has been the only stand out scummy post I’ve seen so I voted him. I could see him being town I think more of him a scum at the moment. If he is town as I stated he really shouldn't do something like that as it slows the town down. I do want him replaced. The point of my vote is pressure. I will show scum his gambit isn't working forcing him to be more active or I'm informing town I don't appreciate the way he is playing and want him gone.

Day CPR: Inte
because N0 results sez so (a la Kayne)

Now with the JeremyLu issue: straight up null tell. V/LA for a week in an D1 bandwagon vote is not scummy. It's the first vote. If we lynch wagon in the next two pages we have derp town (the game is lost anways) or scum wagons (then the people who speedly hopped on the wagon late in the game are ez scum). Kayne gets some early town brownies for recognizing this. PhD gets a pass for the first one on the wagon. Symphony gives me scum brownies for sheeping to pHD but early agreements is a small start. Togee is gets bonus townie cookies in my eyes since he's empathetic with Jeremy's V/LA.

Vote Symphony

Jeremylu gave a vote and then V/LA. Even if it was a random vote, they should not have done it, knowing that they were leaving. That just leaves a vote sitting on a person that may be town. When I said that was a scum thing to do, I meant that maybe they were trying to get a vote in and then leave, while the rest of us argue amongst ourselves.

Hi cats and kittens.

It's a damn shame alignments were only given after the draft. Yeah, Sister Mary doesn't work with alignments before draft, but I love having the draft as a scumhunting tool, and instead it's worthless.

On the other hand though, it does mean that the scumteam might have shitty, unsynergistic powers, which would be excellent.

This post really bugs me:

Yes - draft is alignment independent. So why the vote? He made an objective mistake in interpretation, but why on earth would this make him more likely to be scum?

Damn, hats off to Magua. This is a pretty unbreakable setup. I think any benefit we get ordering everyone around is lost by us not getting to grill them on their motives for who to pick. We should probably order really scummy people, though.

Of course, depending on the subsets of people alive, we might be able to do a Master Plan to break the game later on. Right now there's too much uncertainty. (Luckily, I'm the bus driver which is one of the worst for this - so we have a slightly-better-than-expected chance of getting this.)

We should popcorn claiming results on subsequent days so we're more likely to catch scumkids. So don't claim right out the gate D2.

This is the only post made by Toog after alignments were assigned and before your vote on him.

Your aversion is super scummy, and here's why: You are claiming in your post that you want to see how your vote plays out, implying some pre-meditated reasoning for your vote. And I can't find a good reason to vote Toog for this post. So, if your reasoning is pre-meditated, and it's not based on this post, then it must be a gambit intended to find reactions.

But here's the kicker+:
Magua wrote:

inte (3): kanyeknowsbest, Toogeloo, jeremylu

Not Voting (6): Lady Lambdadelta, Symphony, Sajin, inte, DTMaster, Radioactive Wolf

This is the vote count at the time of the of the vote. Your vote takes place 2 posts after. If you were trying to find interactions and reactions of people, there are 5 other wagons to apply pressure to that you entirely ignored. You could have voted inte to increase pressure on him and get a good read. You could have voted any of the 1 vote wagons to effectively double the pressure on them and see who moves where as a result.

But instead you chose to create an entirely new wagon on a person who had posted once prior. Which to me, can only really serve to solicit reactions from Toogaloo himself.

So if your intent, by all this logic, was to solicit a reaction from Toog, and it was pre-meditated, you would have to have a good reason to want to do that. Which brings me back to my original point. Toogaloo's content to the point of your vote doesn't indicate a good reason to apply pressure onto him.

So, no. I do mind that you're waiting. I will not go away. I will not forget about it or become apathetic. You explain, or you die. See my avatar.
