Posting is sparse, but I don't like the symphony vote.
Null-scum
Symphony thinking jeremy was scummy because a vote would potentially be left on a town player is awful reasoning. But what's worse is removing the vote and not giving any other reads. Symphony looks like scum who doesn't know how to make a case.
Quoted for hypocrisyIn post 192, Dry-fit wrote:I think it's newb scum more often than newb town that has trouble giving reads and making cases.
I just looked at Symphony's one completed game though and she did basically the same exact thing there as town <.<
Unvote.I need to reevaluate.-

195 was an awful post. But 199 was the town answer of the thing I set up. Scum would have been more likely to find a reason to defend their BB vote or joke with me or find some reason not to swap instead of just falling in to line. In general I find scum players far less likely to listen to flat ultimatums from unconfirmeds than town players. I'm thinkin 195 is just a factor of two-month-old account more than scum PM.In post 201, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:I hate to agree with this fucking Hudra, but can we just give PhD the rope?

Radioactive Wolf: How in the world is that hypocrisy? He said "I think this is a factor of scum motivations" and then later "well, I just saw evidence that she did this when she had town motivations; I need to reevaluate." I think he was pretty explicit about what caused his change in view."Don’t buy a dozen eggs if you just want a hardboiled egg. Don’t buy a head of lettuce if you just want a salad. Don’t buy eggs and lettuce if you want egg salad because those are not the right ingredients." -Julius Bloop-

Just because I disagree with something doesn't mean I don't think it's conceivably reasonable. I don't have empathy problems...In post 184, DTMaster wrote:@Wolf
1. Lol I have good points but walls are hard. However I won't apologize for commenting on what I want to comment on since I clearly lay out my thought process. :deal with it:
2. I find it odd you say I'm being reasonable but if you actually have been reading I'm making a Sajin case right now about his questioning about anti town roles as alignment. You have a town read on him. But I'm reasonable. Elaborate.
I should be wrong here but some how you have contrary opinions about my line of thoughts.
If you weren't confirmed Id vote you so I'm curious to the town read.-

You don't think a 2 month old account would fold under pressure and swap their vote, Hito?
The "new and bad" argument works both ways.Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.

In general my experience with newer scum players is that they're so scared of being suspected for any reason - because maybe they've been "caught" - that they'll fight to explain anything they've done as actually a townie move. Putting a vote in play in response to my ultimatum is an implicit admission that his previous position was bad times. I wouldn't expect newbie scum to just give up that ground - I was watching for scum-PhD to say "No you see, my vote being on BB is GOOD, because..."In post 208, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:You don't think a 2 month old account would fold under pressure and swap their vote, Hito?

Granted, I haven't played a newbie in years - I know it's a good thing to do in terms of the health of the site, but I can't stand newbie games. So maybe my knowledge of newbscum is dated."Don’t buy a dozen eggs if you just want a hardboiled egg. Don’t buy a head of lettuce if you just want a salad. Hito, if you didn't catch on, one half is signing their posts one half isn't. So we can tell who is who but not who they are.Yes my Lord, but questions are dangerous, for they have answers.

I would hope he'd post more so I could get a better read on him but it appears he has despaired. Same goes for Symphony could you guys post more?

1. Not quite a slip. Reread BB. The timing is right (after Dry-fit votes Symph) and reads as a multi post stream of concisousness post. See the triple post and comments - BB's clarification is actually solid with context looked at.
@BB I apologize.
Bonnet's probably town, even if they do the passive agressive "noted" thing that makes my lynchin' hand all trembly. Unconcerned with other people's opinion, but willing to accept an apology, marks self-interested town more than it does prickly scum. DTM's town for 184. I wanna say Kanye too but to be honest that's mostly a tone thing and I got no clue if he keeps the same tone as scum.

@Wolf
1. Wat. Why Sajin town? It's a town read on your end, why aren't you discouraging me from attacking a town read?
@Symphony
1. This post here. You ignored it. Why?
@LLD
1. Dude why are you making an age argument for a Symphony meta read. A 2 month old account has nothing to do with folding under pressure. My first game (under 2 months) I super tunneled an anti-town townie and convinced the IC to not lynch the scum (effectively making scum win in my first game as townie). Why are you posting fluff? You're better than this. LLD is up for wildcard mastermind scum (a la principle of the IC scum - questioning with fluff, but not catching scum with actions).
@Shaboo
1. Answer my post here for reference. Why did you agree with Tooge on a scum read on pHD when right after you called him null for wanting a replacement on the Jeremylu slot. Considering you had time to post an emoticon butnot respond to my attack on you.
Unvote, Vote Shaboo.
@Sajin
Do not ignore my questions - but you haven't posted yet. This serves as a reminder to refer back to this post.
Revising my original read on pHD. He's been asking why but no one has been answering. Null-frustrated townie read.
