Tribal Immunity – Shelter in the Shifting Sands

Sand is shapeless.
Driftwood is brittle.
So what's left to build one's home?

Welcome, tribes. As you can see, the sands of our beach are not glued to the ground. The gentle breeze blows them about, annoying with their grit. In today's challenge, you must deal with this nuisance and others as you build a shelter for your tribe.

Here is your blank canvas of a beach: [REDACTED]
We have implemented a 40x40 area limit. Note the borders at the coordinates of -20 and 20 on both axes. Nothing beyond those borders will be judged.

Do not tamper with these borders. It'll be pretty obvious if you do.

Somewhere along this “beach”, your tribe must create a “shelter” using ASCII-style art and explanative text if you feel it necessary. I am the sole judge, so if you think you know my interests and intrigues, you can attempt to incorporate them into your shelter, but first and foremost, remember that you are building a shelter for a summery beach.

Here is the challenging part: since both tribes are building on the same beach, members of each tribe can attempt to search out and sabotage the opposing tribe's shelter. In

48 hours

' time, I will comb the beach as thoroughly as I can for evidence of each tribe's shelter. The tribe with the best shelter will win tribal Immunity.

Sometime during the challenge, an announcement concerning the beginning of a

ceasefire

will be made. Once the ceasefire has occurred, players may not sabotage the other tribe's shelter. Tribes may use whatever time is left to build without interruption.

I cannot stress highly enough that this is a challenge of honor. We, as moderators, put our trust in you not to cheat.

EVEN MORE IMPORTANT: People who are neither a player nor a moderator cannot edit the worldoftext at all.

To whomever wrote the 'threatening' note warning about what would happen if you ever made it to my team, why? The shelter was a fun project until I got bored and expanded to it. If you aimed to blow up what we were using to win, why did you spare the base at (13,13)?

Also because there's some concern in the tribe QT, we're publicly stating we did NOT steal Orange's camp. We labeled it Orange and then relabeled it Blue after the ceasefire began. I know we built it because I personally built most of it.

I thought the 'blue stole it' was a joke, but, just in case, we didn't.
