The IC will never get lynched even if scum suggested it. So give me the scum motivation for it

And wanting the IC dead isn't an answer. Because while they may want him dead they would do it by killing the IC them selves. Not drawing attention and trying to get the IC lynched.

Considering the town doesn't know which people are part of town (besides jsmith), it wouldn't be good to accept someone as town because someone else trusted them.

Coasting, is doing nothing and just looking at what everyone else is doing, like watching from the coastlines and saying "oh yeah i agree with this, oh yeah i agree with that", since you don't need to give your own vision or opinion it's scummy, as you're denying town information.
