In order to shoot someone I have to present the mod with three posts featuring instances of 'unusual' use of all caps.
On day 2 I gave the mod three instances of Jake misusing all caps and he said 'nah I don't think thats unusual enough'.
Flay was my #2 target but he also has insufficient caps posts to kill.
