Did you catch the parents in the friend safari? Since all friend safari pokemon have a guaranteed 2 perfect IV's it's more likely for them to be transferred over to the babies.

I got the parent Absol ingame(route 8, iirc). The Ditto was a trade from a FS, I believe.
