7870 being cheaper winning out? It looks like it's a pretty good upgrade from the 560 and definitely great from a price performance perspective.
I went from a 5870 to a 7970, huge difference
Though, I think I need to get another 7970, as playing in eyefinity mode with 3 monitors my FPS went from great to 'meh' since only getting 1/3 on each screen

Finished the fourth case. Wish the whole
number on the floor
thing hadn't been pointed out to us, because that would've been an awesome gotcha moment which would've been really fun to spot and required a lot of observation skills so.
If anyone has an extra internal HD sitting around, lemme know. Grimm's is only 80 gigs, he can usually only have like one game installed at a time and it's kinda sad.

I'm guessing that's an older board and an IDE drive?
in other news, for some reason amazon shipped by something called UPS SurePost, which is essentially UPS giving it to the postal service to deliver. We've had literally 30 packages delivered since we moved here, and not one of them used this method. Supposedly it was "delivered," but I've checked all day and found nothing. Probably delivered it to the leasing office for my complex... which is 4 blocks away. That'd be okay if the tracking update didn't wait 6 hours to update so I wouldn't find out until the leasing office closed.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

I dunno about the harddrive...it was literally pulled out of an old computer and put in the machine when he built it. The motherboard, video card, etc are all new.

We have a couple of old ps3 drives that are 160 and 320gb. They are SATA and 2.5" 5400rpm. I have no idea if they would actually be compatible or even desirable for you. (80 gig makes me immediately think it's an IDE drive unless it's solid state.)
