Would Mega Aggron be beneficial? What about Chesnaught?
Which Fairy Pokemons would you recommend that has good Def and/or Sp.Def?
Which Pokemon with nice Def/Sp.Def stats would benefit from Trick Room? :D
I blame you for this.

Reuniclus. Its defensive stats are kinda mediocre, but its got a pretty good HP stat and can set up Trick Room itself.

In regards to fairies with high defensive stats, my first thought is Togekiss.

I've been doing decently well with this team in OU beta on pokemon showdown (Klazam):

Spoiler:
Bowser (Chesnaught) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 Def / 251 HP / 5 Atk
Impish Nature
- Spiky Shield
- Leech Seed
- Seed Bomb
- Substitute

King (Aegislash) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Sacred Sword
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak
- Swords Dance

Cleric (Blissey) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Careful Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Protect

Flash (Talonflame) (M) @ Charti Berry
Ability: Flame Body
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Taunt

Ninja (Greninja) (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Extrasensory
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Surf

Cannon (Blastoise) (M) @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Aura Sphere
- Dark Pulse
- Water Pulse
- Rapid Spin

I'm sure that there's a few things i could improve- but I'm liking this play style for me.

Talonflame to lead- hits with taunt, then gets a free swords dance, before wrecking at least 1 pokemon.

Chestnaught is surprisingly evil- I've only used sub, seed, and shield. I think i might need a different fourth move, but I'm not sure which.

Greninja is a real nice revenge killer with protean and specs, and Dark pulse (with STAB!) hits everything pretty well already.

Blissey, meh, I don't really like it that much, and i want to change it to something else

Blast- Rapid spinner, and has decent mevo ability/moves

Aegislash is broken

So, suggestions for bliss slot? and any other comments

Many others too. If you were asking more about things that appear on the video game that are useful in those roles then I can't really help.
On this note: Hippowdon is better as a mixed wall with 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SpD with either defensive nature depending on what you want it to check.
Skarm can also go for a mixed tanking route to better make use of it's good typing.
Milotic should also be going physically defensive as it's ability really boosts it's potential.

Shuckle is actually very decent now with a set of Knock Off / Toxic / Infestation / Sticky Web and has immense defenses.
Mega Scizor is a brilliant physically defensive pivot.
Mega Venusaur is pretty good too.

EDIT: @ Klazam. an Impish Hippowdon with the above spread would be great for you. It gives you a hard counter to Aegislash and allows you to pivot around things and rack up passive damage. Also lets you come in on many Electrics, now with their weaker HP Ice, they have difficulty breaking hippo.
Don't @ me.

Hippo is a mixed wall, and stacking is in no way a bad thing. Run +SpD/-SpA if you'd rather. It means that it can take stray mixed sets better.

Somebody needs to help me with my team because all I've done is lose since I won against Nati.

Spoiler: OU Beta Team
Hawlucha (M)
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Acrobatics
- U-turn

Hawlucha is far from the star of this set - I just wanted to experiment with Hawlucha and see what he can do. Unfortunately, I'm being let down quite a bit - he dies in 1 hit to everything.

Absol @ Absolite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Fire Blast
- Megahorn

Absol is my standard anti-hazards lead against everything but Galvantula. It works really well, but suffers from lack of defenses. The EVs are in special attack because I can get the odd boost from SD and just wreck everything.

Aegislash @ Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword
- Swords Dance

I believe this is a standard Aegislash set. Shadow Sneak makes for great revenge kills, and Sacred Sword is amazing - Aegislash has no problems setting up, either.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin

My one worry about Starmie is that I have it holding the LO for extra damage. On a team with generally low defenses, this seems like a bad idea. That said, Starmie is my spinner, so I want to not have a Choice Item on Starmie. Starmie is also my sole fire type counter - not something I'm particularly fond of, with Ferrothorn, who's 4x weak to fire.

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 48 Def / 208 SDef
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Protect
- Gyro Ball

Ferrothorn is my "unbrakeable" wall - it can sit there and Leech Seed, SR, and just watch things die to it on a good day. I'm considering Power Whip over Gyro Ball, just because water types, but eh.

Gengar @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Destiny Bond
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball

Gengar is sashed because otherwise he takes a hit and dies - and I can at least prevent this one (and potentially KO back with Destiny Bond). Gengar just needs more speed, because holy crap he's way slower than I remember.

Mega Absol is the one thing that I want to keep.

Ani, I would suggest changing the nature of your Aegislash to Brave, Relaxed or Sassy. The point of the 0 speed investment is to have as little speed as possible, therefore if you are going for more power Brave is the best as it reduces your speed further. Relaxed and Sassy are if you want to have more staying power.
An Adamant Aegislash is fine if you aren't going the 0 speed route.

This is what I've been told is currently the most used/successful set, posted by a user on smogon, here is the description for it, since I can't put it into my own words as eloquently-

Brave Fencer Aegislash

Item: Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
Shadow Sneak
Sacred Sword/Iron Head
King's Shield
Swords Dance
Aegislash's unique typing and amazing bulk allows it to switch into many situations. From there it can threaten physical attackers with King's Shield. If their Attack is dropped, Aegislash is able to use Swords Dance without repercussion. Due to his bulk, he is able to set up on many Pokemon who lack strong moves to threaten him. With +2 attack, Aegislash is able 2HKO many pokemon with a combination of Sacred Sword followed by Shadow Sneak. Due to his low speed, Aegislash will first take damage in his bulky shield forme, before transforming into blade forme to deal out incredibly strong Sacred Swords. In Blade Forme, Aegislash is incredibly frail. King's Shield can be used change back into shield forme, however this can be incredibly predictable and can allow you opponent to set up something, such as a substitute. Aegislash is not a typical sweeper. To utilize Aegislash you must often revert back to Shield forme to absorb hits and retaliate, unlike typical sweepers which usually kill or are killed. In essence, Aegislash fights like a fencer, hence the set's name.
Iron Head is stronger on neutral Pokemon, but you lose out on having perfect coverage, which may end with Aegislash being countered by pokemon such as Pyroar, Heliolisk and Bisharp.

Also Aegislash is possibly going to be Uber soon. <_<
