@Banakai: What I recommend if there are things going on that you can't understand is ignore them unless they're related to game mechanics. It's okay not to understand everything, just focus on what you can understand. There are certainly things in games that I don't understand or only understand partially, and I'm sure that's true for everyone.

I don't know that I've done anything that should make me look town up to this point. But people get reads for all kinds of reasons. Now it's time for you to work on some scum reads.

After I sign up I constantly look at the thread to see how close it is to starting. I just think it is weird that someone would sign up and never look back to see what kind of game they are going to be playing. It was 10 days between when they said /in and when the game filled. That is some amazing patience.

RM is bitching about the setup being scumsided, in a way I take as genuine. Even if it isn't, or he's stupid, or any other number of qualifiers, his complaint is more likely town than scum. I'll be back later with some reads to try and jumpstart the game.

This game seems to be suffering from a chronic lurker infection, so I have less reads than I thought I would before the reread.

TSO and RM are town. Erniez and the Shockwave Rider are probably town as well, but I'm less convinced.

Team 9 scored some major townpoints with their narrowing of the lynch pool, but considering the multiball nature of this game that is less telling. They have a good opportunity to earn more townpoints by explaining the thought process behind their reads. I'm not sold yet on alignment, but his competence is refreshing.

DB and Minnesota are lurking hard, and I'm always wary of the lurkerscum. It's early days yet, but I most certainly want them to pick up the damn pace and post more often.

Banakai is either town with a serious apathy issue or scum looking to explain away his future lurking, and either way that is dangerous. As an aside: Banakai, scumhunting is intensely personal and everyone does it a little different. Your job is to A. Find Scum, B. Show the town why said person is scum, and C. weigh arguments from other people to see if you agree. If you don't understand complicated tells, don't use them. Draw conclusions, then argue. How you draw conclusions and win the game is up to you.

I've already mentioned my reservations on Burke, but it is worth noting that he has not responded to my questioning of him even though he has posted since I brought it up. In case he didn't notice it:

It seems like a lot of people are actively trying to get lynched. What Banakai is doing is either really stupid as town or even more stupid as scum. He's constantly avoiding the fact that a lot of people suspect him and that he already has three votes on him and instead he decides to share his love for mafia with us.

No one understands the point. We have no clues at this point, we're just going with who we think is scum.

Just saying, in all my experience (which I guess isn't as much as your guy's) I have never seen scum lurk.
Not saying it's impossible, just highly unlikely.

Also RM seems kind of like a VI to me.

I think it is fair to say that Banakai and Burke are not on the same team. They are both some sort of scum though. I have my ideas of who the scum teams are but it is to early in the game for me to be right.

I am sad I am on noone's reads list. I like seeing my name in posts even if it is bad. I feel like I have done enough to deserve a read.

RM, I understand you are from EM, and your play will probably get you far there. (I know that as I played there first) However, MS is a little bit different. For starters would you like to state who you think is scum? Claiming as scum will get us nowhere because 1. Scum will keep you around. 2. You maybe lynched, and if you're town, that's bad.
