In Anarchy random stuff happened, but they eventually did the right thing.
In Democracy everything moves slowly, but most of the time towards the goal.

Well, the anarchy vs. democracy battle has sapped the fun out of this. Most of the time the chat is a battle between the two playstyles and when it's in democracy, it's as though one single player is playing the game really slowly. Most of the jokes generated by anarchy wouldn't have occurred without it.

A shame, really. If anything, this experiment shows how easy humans give up. Whether that's an effect of modern age or just something natural is another debate.

democracy actually got them through the giovanni maze and the door open, now anarchy is stumbling its way back to heal for the giovanni battle. I think the way it swings back and forth between the playstyles is pretty interesting.

Apparently according to his terms of partnership with Twitch, the streamer of TwitchPlaysPokemon had to cooperate with the "players" if they get stuck. Thus democracy.

I preferred it as a monkeys-on-typewriters experiment, but we may have actually needed to be given infinite time to get past that one room.

I think that democracy killed what made the game interesting, that chaos could direct the player to the goal of winning the game.

It seems like the majority prefer Anarchy up until it gets really really mundane or tough to progress.
