Yeah I was thinking that scene basically confirms it was Emilia Clarke who was the actress refusing to do any more nude scenes from that article last year. That was probably the first completely off-screen sex scene in the whole show, wasn't it?

That was the first scene Pedro Pascal did on-set.

I do not think I have ever been so disturbed by any TV show or movie.
Being a book reader, I knew it was coming, but the sound of the teeth hitting the ground and watching the eye-gouge and skull crush was just...unpleasant. Not even a good unpleasant; an awful, awful unpleasant.
The bit of foreshadowing in this episode made me happy

Loved (not really the right word but you know what I mean) the look of horror on Tyrion's face when the Mountain is gouging the Viper's eyes, Ellaria's horrified scream when his head explodes and Tyrion's look of incredulity when Tywin sentences him. I think that was the most graphic death since... well, probably Talisa's death at the Red Wedding. Even that probably pales in comparison.
In other news, Sansa is having her best scenes in quite a while, and Arya bursting into laughter upon the Hound being informed of Lysa's death was gold.

This is accurate to me too.
I can't imagine how awful it would be if I hadn't read the books first.
My god... that was even more brutal, disturbing, and heart breaking than in the books..
Just like the books Oberyn is winning throughout the entire fight and practically kills the Mountain, and then is by surprise knocked off and wiped out. It's the fact its played up for so long as him the victor and then he is instantly squashed as dead in the manner of 5 seconds that makes it so heart breaking for me and probably everyone else. RIP Oberyn. And RIP Mountain, that cunt.
I swear I'm trying my best

Arya laughing was definitely the highlight of the episode. And second was Arya and the Hound casually discussing killing people they hate.
My wife, who has not read the books, decided that Oberyn was going to lose, and the more he won during the fight the more sure she was that his death would be swift and brutal. And then it happened and she screamed and looked away.
And yay for maybe the Watch not being so boring... no it was boring. Although the brothel raid was a good way to start the episode.
The Reek bit was great. Watching him begin to break down at the thought of failing Ramsay.
