No. I didn't once say people were town for not reading the rules. Titus said that anyone could have found out there were neighborhoods by reading the first few posts. I'm playing devil's advocate.
By the way, I think it's stupid that no one noticed the objectives, but I am totally fine with people missing the link to their neighborhoods.
