My crumbs were structured in a manner where PV or TSO would have the best chance to catch it. There are some universal crumbs as well but Aero did not see those.

Gunsmiths can easily be of either alignment, as they can also find cops and vigilantes in addition to scum.
They can also be used to look for other scumteams in multiball.
I don't know if they work on serial killers though.
