The wagon on bel gives me pause and I sort of feel both wagons are town.

I would like to pursue this line of thinking a little further.

Chaos was the wagon for a time.
Then I came in, felt that Skelda was scum, started (or helped) get his wagon going. If Chaos was scum, and Skelda was town, why would scum start ANOTHER random wagon on Bel (who you think is also town)?

I'm just pointing out one wagon on one player that more people defended then voted does not mean chaos is town. I mean there was what...4 votes I think on the guy.
I'm not thrilled with voting skelda at the end of the day. I'd rather see chaos lynched by miles.

The murmur in the dining car had been fairly hushed all day. You were sharing a compartment with a Mr. Skelda, an American. The day was progressing by beautifully so you're finishing it off with a glass of brandy and a bit of pipe tobacco. A stranger approaches you. You do not get his name but he claims he is being followed, hunted down by people whom he does not know. He is afraid and wants you to protect him.

"I do not like your face," you say to the man, "and I do not wish to be of assistance."

As the evening wears on, the people are getting restless and it gets time to head of to your compartment for the night. You get back to your compartment to find Mr. Skelda's suitcases undisturbed - he had not been in the cabin. But where could he have gone?

Back in the dining car, Mr. Skelda's absence was also getting noticed. Mr. Skelda was a wealthy businessman, after all. The conversing hits a fever pitch until suddenly a single scream emanates from the kitchen. You run in just in time to see a body falling out of the kitchen freezer. You approach it to check for a pulse, the body is still somewhat warm, but to no avail. This person has clearly been strangled and there is no way to bring them back.

Of course it is immediately evident who the victim is. Mr. Skelda had a very famous face. You are determined to get to the bottom of this but for now your eyes are tired and you've just been upgraded to having your own cabin.

Given the circumstances of the previous evening, you have a hard time getting to sleep and even once you do, you have a restless night. At about 23 minutes before 1:00 a.m., you wake to the sound of a scream. It seems to come from the compartment next to yours, which is occupied by Mr. Dry-fit. When you peek out your door, you see the conductor knock on Mr. Dry-fit's door and ask if he is all right. A man's voice replies in French, "Ce n'est rien. Je me suis trompé," which means "It's nothing. I was mistaken," and the conductor moves on to answer another bell further down the passage. You decide to go back to bed, but are disturbed by the fact that the train is unusually still.

As you lie awake, you hear the bell ringing urgently. When you ring the conductor for a bottle of mineral water, you learn that another passenger claimed that someone had been in their compartment. You dismiss the conductor and try to go back to sleep, only to be awakened again by a knock on your door. This time, when you get up and look out your door, the passage outside your compartment is empty, except for a figure in a scarlet kimono retreating down the passage in the distance. The next day, you awaken to find that Dry-fit is dead, having been stabbed multiple times in his sleep. Nothing more is required than for you to sit, think, and take in the available evidence.

I had a gut feeling dry might be a PR, but subtly enough I didn't expect scum to have the same thought. I was expecting someone more obvtown or threatening to die. On that basis, I expect to find scum in the players the tiny scumBeli perched on my shoulder would be most afraid of: farside, CKD, AFF, and Toby. I don't know which of them I'd rather lynch, so I'm open to suggestions from my townreads.

I just gave you my scum reads in my last post. As for townreads, the only stable one I have is on acrayon and even then only because his trajectory on me feels viscerally condign.

The Skelda lynch shouldn't have happened, and I don't know why it did.

I feel like right now if one of Beli/CKD/Chaos is scum then so are the other two.

Chaos was the largest BW in the game at one point (I think, correct me if I'm wrong). CKD came in and tried his hardest to change to a different bandwagon in order to avoid a scumbuddy getting lynched. He was successful.
Pretty early on in the game Chaos blatantly sheeped one of Beli's votes within two posts. Chaos is fairly new, so it's something that's not too unexpected.
In-thread they don't really pay too much attention to one another.

A Beli lynch should've happened yesterday. We were close. Let's make it happen now.

I would be nervous about simply lumping people in your scum-reads that seem like they would be good scum in general. Everything is within the context of this game, so I don't feel comfortable with that method, although I do think it's something to keep in mind.
