i will explain TD's case in simple terms.

he tried baiting bins by faking a post number that wasn't actually a bins post. he did this because he assumes that town will correct his mistake, and scum will pretend to have gone back and checked but not actually go back and check so would not correct this mistake. it is silly and not good reasoning so i probably wouldn't give a shit about correcting a post number if i could guess what post the person was referring to, so it's a bad case
