Choose a name.
Give the number of syllables in the name.
And then give clues to each syllable.
I'll start:
1. A sound you make when disgusted.
2. A small boulder.
3. Exclamation of surprise
4. Terrorists weapon
5. A sound of pleasure or relief

for number four it's not the plural of the entire word, it's just the ending that would make that word plural.

OK, I've taken your puzzle to a group of friends and we're working on it together.
So far we've determined that the last two are either
disk.knee Disney
R.O.M.knee Romney
But it's clearly not Walt or Mitt...
So all I've got is Will*something* Romney
or
Trust*something* Disney
And of course I just looked up Mitt Romney's first name and it's Willard.
So my final answer is
Willard Romney
although I have no idea how 'ard' is a diamond's attribute.

I had no idea that 'agrid was a low class Londoner. I thought he was a 'ogwarts grounds keeper. I also didn't know that dropping the H sound was considered low class. I just thought it was an accent like Texans, Tennesseans, New Yorkers or Californians. I can hear the difference but I don't associate any one of them as being lower than the others. I figured that different countries would have different accents just like we do.
I guess I learned something new today.
