I just thought of something re: Fiora. Is Manamune a decent item for her, or is it just too long a ramp-up to be useful? I'm thinking that the extra damage on Muramana would be helpful, but she may not be able to get off enough abilities to stack it up fully.

After you get the actual Manamune item it stacks off of AAs, so it's inherently more useful for Marksman I'd think. (more range = more things to AA?) After that, it's much more useful on caster/ADCs because of the Mana stat, which is what you're paying the most for. Fiora doesn't really get anything from building Mana.

tl;dr I'd say no, not even a sub-par item on Fiora.

I love Sej. I think she's an amazing jungle tank and the new jungle definitely helped her out. She used to have a woeful first clear but now everyone does and aoe smite so whatevs.

Karthus is arguably even better than fiddle right now with the right runes (2 or 3 spellvamp quints).

runes:

QUINTS: 3 spell vamp or 2 spell vamp/1 ap
REDS: Mpen
YELLOWS: flat armor
BLUES: flat ap

masteries 21/9/0

Start gromp -> blue -> wolves. Back, buy. Then do raptors -> red. Then either do golems or try to gank. Level up Q->E->Q->W in most cases unless you see a very good opportunity to gank in which case take E third.

Build chilling smite (or rangers but I recommend the former in this patch) -> tear -> finish ap jungle item -> rylais -> zhonyas ->seraphs -> void/deathcap.

General advice:

You're not actually that weak to invades to most enemy junglers (as much as people think). This is mainly because Q does a crap ton of damaged since they're isolated in the jungle, and the jungle leaves everyone weak.
Try to farm up as much as possible. Though there will come times when you will have cleared all your jungle and there is still relatively long time before spawns. In which case the easiest thing you can do is try to do enemy raptors since a) karthus clears them out very quickly and b) karthus can pull the enemy raptors to his side of the map very easily with one Q from long range.
Generally keep an eye on the map after you hit 6 (as in moving camera to other people), but you should do that anyway playing karthus wherever.
Note that karthus deals A LOT of dmg to dragon due to isolated Q and E (and you can even W the drag for mr drop), but he's farily squishy. However if you have a tanky support then you can do it fairly early.

Usually runaans first, but ultimately replace it when full build. It depends on how much waveclear the team has endgame

what I'd do, would be devourer-nashors-zonyas. You get value from there even when you don't have too much money to spend compared to the solo lanes. After that I'd start thinking.
