The fact that there's no way to obtain Classic cards without buying packs or crafting cards is making me want to quit.
I started what, six months ago, maybe? And now that GvG is the only reward set available from Arena, I basically have no way of obtaining Legendaries that I need, and constructed is largely pointless with consistently underpowered decks.

I think built-in stats would intimidate new players. Blizzard trying to make a newb-friendly game is a really good business idea imo.
But... I am a new player. Plus I'm not saying you need to inundate by default, but just provide an advanced stats page or an api that lets third parties do so

There is a 3rd party program called Hearthstone Tracker for tracking w/l if that helps.

Still a noob, but isnt it possible to craft those if you dont wanna spend money on classic packs?
Klazam: crafting a single legendary is 1600 dust. So, assuming you need even just two or three legendaries, you're a few dozen packs behind on dust at least.
And glork did mention crafting in his post.
By the way, what's your battle id? Just realized you never shared.

i have this on my desktop, but one of the reasons i started playing this was I got an ipad, and the ability to play from lots of locations (that is to say: the bathroom) is a major appeal to the game.
I got my first legendary about a week ago (Iron Juggernaut). It's really fun, but it's kinda gimmicky. One time I played it twice in a row and dealt 20 damage at the start of the opponent's next turn, though.
