Why are you in such a hurry, if he doesn't claim till close to the deadline go ahead and hammer if you want to, otherwise wait for him to do so, there is no reason not to.

It's not about town points, it's about making sure we don't screw up by lynching a PR when we can easily avoid doing so and it's about Singer not posting, that statement you made about not wanting to go to lylo if EW flips scum combined with the latest posts from Drixx and the fact I remembered about Red Lugia claiming VT at the start of D2 like he did D1 has raised my paranoia level significantly.
Though I said I'm comfortable being lynched before lylo, not that I'm not wanting to be in it. If my lynch makes lylo easier for town to win (and it should significantly since my attachment to EW is fairly heavy) then that's playing to my win condition, bro.

Upon re-reading, it looks to me like Boon just flung as much dirt and dust up as he could to come in and White Knight EW. What was the motivation? Boon's last post of day 2 implies he reversed his read and thought EW had scum slipped when EW gave his final thoughts in twilight. EW's post seems a bit contradictory, in that he posits a team of HI and Boon, and suggests Boon flip flopped onto EW to be "proven right" before he was killed. I wish EW had been clear in that phrasing. The only way it holds up logically is if he means "lynched" instead of "killed", but he's not exactly around to ask. It doesn't; however, appear to be a scum slip, as Boon suggested in 842.
