Why is this day still going?
Look, I've given my opinion on this subject multiple times. We're not going to get anywhere today looking for "scum tells". Theydo not existin a day one of a game with SKs and no mafia, unless you want to systematically put each player at lynch -2, gauge results, rinse and repeat. Even then, some townies would be just as apt to panic as a Serial Killer, and it rather loses it's luster after the fifth wagon or so.-

Try starting with Ryan and/or Ksc0pe. It also looks like DYH is volunteering to be a place to start from.Sir Tornado wrote:JDodge, I don't think it's Ryan alone... everyone is to blame for this. I don't think we have actually started to hunt scum yet. Some arguments on "Whether to random lynch or not" and "Does the Game theory for this one differ from general game theory" occupy most of the past few threads. And, to tell you the truth, I haven't got the slightest idea where to start from.Permanent V/LA.-

I've been "volunteering" since this day began, if you're implying that by disagreeing with your thoughts on scum tells in this game I'm an "idiot".
Fact is, there iszeroincentive for the scum in this game (all SKs) to actany differentlythan a townie on day one. As I've pointed out before, until they hit another SK with a night kill attempt, any body will do. They don't care who dies, unless it's them. Unfortunately, the town isn't all going to line up and "volunteer" today either and leave us with just three people unwilling to take one for the team.-

And why should we find you anymore innocent than anyone else? You've been trying to start up a bandwagon on me for quite awhile now with very little evidence. What's to stop us from voting you?Mastermind of Sin wrote:

I think MOS is the most pro-town player here, he's probably made the most posts, he's contributing a huge amount, and, I don't see how his case on you is BS either Ryan. MOS would be a horrible lynch IMO.Please delete my comment from your sig...such an awful joke- Battle Mage

He's contributing, as in asking questions, being curious etc. which is protown.ryan wrote:Making the most posts and throwing around suspicions doesn't make you the most pro town. Please delete my comment from your sig...such an awful joke- Battle Mage

I still find this quote to be curious at best. Basically it's saying "well I'll give the Ryan bandwagon one more chance and than I'll jump on somebody else and see if it flies" He's made some good comments and asked some decent questions but this one still makes me think he's searching for the best bandwagon.Mastermind of Sin wrote:EBWOP: Since no one seems to agree with me about Ryan, I'll go to my second choice.unvote, vote: Ksc0pePlease remove your head from your ass before you vote.-

That was made when there was a deadline, so if no-one was going to agree with him about lynching you, he would want to put the vote somewhere useful. Please delete my comment from your sig...such an awful joke- Battle Mage

So he could be looked upon as somebody who's willing to go with the flow? Instead of putting a vote on somebody he thinks is a SK he's going to put it on the more popular wagon? I find that very interesting.JordanA24 wrote:That was made when there was a deadline, so if no-one was going to agree with him about lynching you, he would want to put the vote somewhere useful. Please remove your head from your ass before you vote.-

No, there was a deadline upcoming, and he obviously wanted a lynch.ryan wrote:

Ryan, in regard to these, MoS had said before that he believed no-lynch was a bad idea, therefore, near deadline he voted for someone to try and insure a lynch.JordanA24 wrote:

No scum can play the "townie" act perfectly. They always slip up. It's idiocy to ignore everyone's actions and not look for that slip.DYH wrote:I've been "volunteering" since this day began, if you're implying that by disagreeing with your thoughts on scum tells in this game I'm an "idiot".

Wrong. Scum can't play the "townie" act perfectly asmafiabecause they are inherently tied to and biased regarding their partners. Serial Killers in general attempt to play just like town, and without fear of being NKed here have no incentive to do otherwise in this game.
OK, name me the sk-tells, preferably the ones for d1, now. If you fail to do so, you're crying utter crap and will receive my vote.
The man makes a good statement.
Like I've been saying all along, we're not going to have much to work with until there's a missing NK.
