I checked this out. As far as I can see, it's only WW and prawneater that have scumreads on him.

People are townreading him are due to associative tells and "meta." If you have any reason to call him town otherwise, feel free to do so. On another note, I looked back through Yakko's posts and there weren't as many scummy posts as I thought. He certainly has an aggressive tone so I think part of my suspicion on him was due to that. Revisiting his posts showed he's actively pressuring people so I think he's Town after all.
