Speaking for people and defending them is actually a staple of my townplay.

And I'm more interested in your read/push on him than anything.

Nice motion towards immediately misdirecting the argument into a scumread.

Which ones were points #2 and #3?

the one about his post on you + the one about his vote on jackal

In post 249, Brian Skies wrote:Then what should he have done? From what I can tell, he thought he saw something that was 'off' and went straight at the heart of what was concerning him. Whatever this 'flow of the argument' was is nonsensical and I don't think anyone should have to abide by it.

well you sure shit can tell a lot can't you? you somehow know that the tangential point was what he was concerned about? i don't see how you could.

if he wanted to get to the HEART, it would have been "why the fuck are you scum reading antihero, is it really based on gambler's fallacy and [all the other stuff you named]"

I don't read anyone's mind. I do, however, fill in gaps and react accordingly.

the gaps you're filling in are wide and you're a little to quick on the trigger for my liking.

doing that is bad though. If you speak for them they cant speak for them, meaning that we won't actually get any information (ie reactions) that we can use.

Also I'm thinking that exactly one of mollie/brian is scum. Currently leaning towards brian

Or I made a statement that Anti's never been town in a game with me (which is true). And considering he was right that it's not actually alignment indicative, he'd want to know why I'd include a statement like that. Or maybe why I'd include it and not act upon it.

In post 253, Heartless wrote:the gaps you're filling in are wide and you're a little to quick on the trigger for my liking.

What triggers? And the gaps are always wide.

Why did you immediately step back away from our engagement to call me scum? And why do you think scum are more likely to break a flow of conversation instead of interrupting when they think something is 'off'? Because to me, scum are more likely to 'go with the flow,' the same thing you're arguing Aeronaut is scummy for not doing.

My nitpicking isn't any different than how I engage with any other person.

As far as alienating goes, you're the ones who tried to step back from our engagement by positing me and Aeronaut as buddies.

anti what do you think of mastina's push on me? cos honestly if not for the softclaim I wld be scumreading her right now. she knows I am never a good d1 lynch especially since she has actually seen my scumgame. we all know it sucks not because i don't like playing scum anymore cos I actually love it I don't have to give a shit or try to coordinate a herd of cats on a scum lynch but 1 thing she does as scum is to pick some1 as scum and insist on it despite all evidence to point otherwise.

@ gilly

you seem strangely subdued. I wasn't "tunneling" on anti I was forcing him to interact with me. I kind of liked tth's vote on me but I know anti has by now explained to her as to why I want him to suffer a bit if you want a reference it has to do with an offsite game.

where the fuck is ika in this game

VOTE: ika

Unvote: piratemollie

In light of the doublevotingness fine letting this read mellow

fo sho the confidence in hearless scum is disproportionate to the situation though(maybe the confidence is an act to get reactions out of them and others? maybe I can buy that)

I did think mollie's post on brianskies and bro were decent. Like it showed some analysis from her end.

Orignally thought beastcharizard's attack on Cheetory was forced (specifically the
Like come on really?
part), but the follow up pressure felt better.

In post 242, Cheetory6 wrote:
@4nxiety
, whachu make of jackel/amatueueueuer?

not much.

The only thing that stood out to me on jackel was the phrase:
They random-voted mastin, like I did

not sure what the goal was to compare himself to Sera there?

(oh and the "193 is not a town post" too. But that's directed at everyone who's done the "this post is X" this game. Imo it's a passe playstyle thing that doesn't do much for the why.)

If it's true that Theam skimmed the thread and picked my name as the scum who hopped onto a wagon, I'm okay with that logic. And I think voting the mod in a bastard game can come from both alignments.

So shrug.

Also, no. Nowhere in my soft defense of another person prevents them from defending themselves. They can speak for themselves if they want to.
