Zindaras lost his partner D1, figured out who the Doc was D2 but didn't kill him in order to gain the Doc's allegiance, then bluffed his way through a 3-man endgame after killing the Doc once he actually claimed. Very impressive (the Doc even protected Zindy the night he killed him).

Also, I support the Best Setup, though we already have Best Theme don't we? Or did that one go away?

The Addict Award has been heavily criticized in this thread. People were nominated for a Behind the Scenes Award, and that was received with more eagerness. In my opinion, Behind the Scenes also gives off a better signal. It's about more than just being there, about being addicted. It could be given to mith or jeep or someone who has done a lot for the site (like helping newbies, replacing in, co-modding a lot of games) as well as just someone who's posted a lot.

Well, I never said we shouldn't have a "behind the scenes" award, but there's nothing wrong with giving out an award for someone who's consistantly very active in their games. Games where everyone or almost everyone just stops posting/vanishes/goes down to posting once a week or less are one of the most consistantly annoying things on this site.

As a bit of silliness, I think "Freelance Mercenary" or "Hired Gun" works well for a name of a best substitute award.

Maybe change "Addict" to "Platinum Level Contributer" or something similarly hokey. I also would love a substitute award. I almost like replacing better than joining because you get the warm/fuzzy sensation of helping a game out and a ready made situation to play around with.

Best Performance-Newbie is given to a player for a single game. (Though please note that Best Performance-Newbie, like some other awards, aren't standard and are things people have nominated people for without there already being an award for)
