Holy fuck, how have TSM not lost yet?
I mean, it's pretty much foregone until TSM can ace again without minions pouring in, at which point it's possible to race back to at least get to the nexus turrets, but cmon, Liquid...2011 scummies winner (BTS help) and participant;
coming back to Mafia...slowly. Keep an eye for me as a mod.
Also keep an eye for setup review requests.-

Jeez, Liquid. They should just be happy they didn't lose this game 'cuz even I can tell it should've been closed 20 minutes ago. At least when they had both dragon, baron, all inhibs down, and all turrets, too. Just protect Irelia and Corki and let 'em hit the nexus.
(blah blah easier said than done, w/e. They didn't focus the nexus and kinda bumbled that specific teamfight. They were kinda bumbling anyways since they kept focusing Bjergsen--which is normally okay, but IMO Jinx was clearly the bigger target by that point.)
P-EDIT: Myko, I'm not sure. Unless it was INSTANT COHESION (R) that week, I'm almost convinced Piglet would've lost the game for them.2011 scummies winner (BTS help) and participant;

I agree with myk. I think one problem is that people put too much emphasis on in-season play. As long as Elements can make it into the top 6 and solve the morale issues, they have a good shot at finishing highly enough to put them in a place to qualify for worlds through points (if not through Summer split playoffs).
What they really need is a 2-0 week, but that's going to be difficult this week with them playing SK..-

Am I the only one who finds midlane lulu boring as fuck and underwhelming in professional competitive play?
It went 0-3 in LCK today. I just... don't get why they keep picking it. Like I get the kog-lulu combo, and the lulu-rengar combo, but there's so many better midlaners, why not throw the lulu top or support or something?
Also the sheer number of veigar support bans amuses me, too bad 5.4 killed all hopes of seeing it again any time soon, can't flash-stun anymore. Annie's 10000000000% better for that role again.Currently in COVID hell, population: Entire Household

As someone who's played support Veigar off and on since season 3, he and Annie actually have different strengths. Veig is better anti-engage, Annie is better engage.
I expect Veigar will still be playable as a support in the new patch, and I actually think the changes buffed him in the midlane due to increased range and double hit of Q, though it will be tricky.
I give it 3-4 weeks before we see a Veigar mid in competitive.-

you can put 5 adept players into a team, but if they're not on the same page regarding engages, or don't know how to shotcall properly, it will just be a group of 5 people. Sure, motivation probably has something to do with it, but their passive playstyle isn't gonna get them anywhere outside of the lcs.-

I'm honestly expecting more midlane zilean than midlane veigar - the changes to zilean's bomb make him very strong in the hands of a skilled player.Current Avatar: Kronk. Duh.-

Yeah, well in challenger series, he really wasn't that great so far...
as in his jarvan was meh, his pantheon was meeeh but still banned against him for some reason, his rek'sai was ok but didn't really have enough of an impact and he didn't really play any cool stuff.
Granted, you won't be up against sona-varus botlanes and stuff like that in LCS very often, but I still feel he has to step up his game.still the same old MTD-
