IC - indicates the Inexperience-Challenged player, a player who has volunteered for a teaching position in this Newbie Game
(their play is governed by the MafiaWiki article on being a good IC).

Rulebreaking can and will be punished with anything ranging from a warning to a force-replace or modkill. I reserve the right to take whatever action I see fit without advance notice. I recommend not pushing my buttons!
I may change the rules at will. Deliberately seeking rule loopholes will be treated harshly.
Voting and Lynching:
Please use either bold tags or vote tags to vote. If you do not, your vote will not count. Said tags look like this:
Unvoting is not required when changing a vote. Please don't use any voting tricks. If it's in bold/vote tags and it looks like a vote, it's a vote.
Lynch happens when the majority votes the same person. Once a lynch has been reached, all living players including the lynchee can still post until I arrive to lock the thread.
If the deadline is reached before the lynch has reached, the day will end with
No Lynch
.

Activity and Deadlines:
Deadline for each day is 2 weeks.
If you're on V/LA (Vacation/Limited Access), please tell me beforehand via PM or by posting to that effect in thread.
If you don't post here for 48 real hours, I will prod you. Failure to receive prod within 24 hours or receiving a 3rd prod may cause force-replacement at my discretion.
If you do not submit an action before night ends, you will do nothing.
I may extend deadlines if I feel it is necessary. Generally, the only likely reason for this is in case of replacements.
Each Newbie Game will be given a setup that incorporates either one row or one column. The remaining six roles will be filled in by mafia goons and vanilla townies appropriately, to create a 2-mafia and 7-town setup. For example Row 1 (1 jailkeeper, 1 vanilla townie, 1 mafia goon) would add an additional 5 vanilla townies and 1 mafia goon, for a total setup of 1 jailkeeper, 6 vanilla townies, and 2 mafia goons.
*Roleblocker will take precedence over jailkeeper when resolving night actions should that apply.

I wasn't expecting anyone to seriously tell me their role in response to that. I meant it more as a random question stage thing. I was expecting answers like "no, i was hoping to get scum because I was town last time", joking answers like "I was hoping for Jester but it looks like I got Cult Leader" (note for newbies: neither of those roles appear in newbie games), or to be ignored. But I'll stop now that we have a better conversation topic:
You said your vote on saad was a serious one, so what about his posts seems scummy? The early mafia mention in 6?
It's only role-fishing if he followed up with "and what role did you want?"
Also, hi! I was looking through my past newbie games, and I didn't realize how many we've actually played together. I feel like the last one we were in, I told everyone I didn't remember anything about you...which was true...and now I feel bad since I feel like I should've... -_-
