I think other junglers have gotten better - similar problem as C9 vs NA

lissandra would have been an infinitely better pick than lucian for C9 game 2. I don't see how they win this one. They can't do teamfights, but now they also can't get picks??

UoL's a close 2nd for EU, and probably T8 or Liquid are 2nd in NA. FNC and TSM were kinda the first, and I haven't really had reason to let them go.

I was happy about the EU finals. FNC and UoL are my favourite teams across NA and EU, so watching that final was great. That said, I'm going to be real salty every time I see a midlane Varus this week.

Agreed...
However, I still think it's good that FNC and not UoL went. I'm all for letting them get more international experience and all (plus I think they'll have some great games regardless), but I also want security that EU will be putting the best team forward, and I don't quite think UoL is at that point. Granted, I also think this FNC squad's gonna need a little bit more for worlds, but they're still the team I'd prefer to go to MSI, even without bias.
As for NA, well, C9 has been slumping all split, with only two moments of brilliance with their surge to 2nd and the reverse sweep of Liquid. They've just had too many ups and downs this split to trust them doing well at MSI.

Anybody else watching the IWCI? I'm having a good time thus far - I don't expect very many chess matches, and should see a lot more rugby. Not the best play, but certainly entertaining!
