Bins claimed townie and we have a billion lynches remaining. If bins isn't scum we can try again tomorrow. Scum are way behind. It is possible that they decided to no kill to try and increase the chance of outing the RB so they could kill with impunity later in the game but that does require us to not be able to catch them in 3-4 days.

And even if scum no killed it doesn't necessarily mean bins is cleared.
