and cheet picked dragon to kill. good pick. if town stupidly lynches kitz game is over.
the town players have just played awfully this game. starting with ABR who singlehandedly got a cop and backup cop killed along with his own tracker role. And setup spec killed town too. I hope town learned a lesson, it's probably going to lose them the game with GC.
"i have the sickest grossest feeling that even if it's my lynch today, my townflip still won't lead to a tso lynch, and then he'll find some bullshit way to reason either shooting or lynching gm tomorrow because if there's anyone who can strongarm a mislynch despite his reads or cases being proved wrong time and again it's tso"
so gc is like 1% scum if ika decided that instead of giving scum daytalk, he'd make 2 of them neighbors with daytalk. if it was only that it'd be 10% but then i'm still reading gc claiming for ozgin as town fucking with scum's plan to keep quiet
my god, how close marquis is on figuing it out.....
its right but wrong at all the same time. just, this is why i love exotic setups
Umm...no. Doc protect is normal in some sites\games and anyway setup had space for non typical stuff and shouldn't be the main reason to do stupid stuff.
Town really fucked up, me being one of them.
Kitz was on point and remarkably insightful on many things so kudos there, town MVP for being right on so much and lasting this long.
I'm not 100% sure I'd have classified this as a Normal game given the "these are the factions that are Normal" list which Mass Murderer is not on. I expect this game to cause quite a lot of conversation before all is said and done.
I always find normality to be subpar and difficult. And not to be trusted.
Viewing the Doctor wiki, there's no mention of its target being informed under Normal Guidelines. Maybe this role was used as one of the two unique slots? Would like to hear from the NRG regarding this bit later. Before this game in the seven years I've played I've never come across a Doctor that sort of functions as if it has the 'Loud' modifier: certainly not Normal on this site.
if you gusy want o dicuss the clairity this game was before the new normal guidelines. So the variations of a player being informed was 100% within relm of game.
As for MM dicussion there was a lot of contraveritiy but it was put under the second slot of "unique roles" (veng being first)
doc wrote:While this is highly frowned upon at mafiascum.net, some moderators will tell players that they were saved from death via a form of protection (i.e. Doctors). Some moderators will even announce who was saved from death publicly at the beginning of the next Day.
and arubly current normal guildelines doesnt expltivly state anything against players or doc being informed of it
so if you guies want to bitch about doc thats entirely your own fault for not knowing mod meta.
as for MM, i can agree that it was a "wrench" play but it was mostly cus i wanted so,ething to throw people off modgaming
I find that this game was more about the setup confusing and backstabbing players expecting an ordinary game than about the scumhunting. Some players like to be surprised, but when you are just expecting a game similar to what you've played dozens of times, it's distracting and personally I don't find it all that fun.
Guard your honor. Let your reputation fall where it will. And outlive the bastards.
Mod meta is a ridiculous concept. I was just playing a game to find out who's lying, then all of a sudden there's loud doctors that don't flip with their modifier, one guy that kills a whole bunch of people, I don't know...I'll avoid ika's games in the future due to this disastrous game, but I don't really keep track of what mods do until they pull some shenanigans like in this one.

Yet if everyone played it like that and didn't try to insinuate how a role should work like you arguably did the game would of gone on as normal?

bolded: and players didnt lie, you decided to think you /knew/ how things work
underlined: loud modifier i did not use a loud modifier at all
I mean I'm probably going to stay out of normal queue if its just some cookie cutter setups because that sounds boring. However, in this game its the players that caused the most muck up - not the setup.
