This doesn't make any sense to me. If you are scum, this way you ensure your kill won't be blocked. I don't see why tbone has to be tested.

Being tested is one thing. I already know Ceph doesn't carry out the kill (or at least didn't N1), as town I'm wasting a block to confirm that I can block (when my ability doesn't mean dick about my alignment either way), as scum he's wanting to ensure I don't stop the kill.
