My normal MMR is high gold and my ranked mmr is high silver.

It makes it really hard to practice things that aren't support.

If you do well with a champ in normals, then you should have no problems in ranked. Practice things until you're decent ith them in normals, and in ranked you'll look much better.

If I practice ADCing with high gold/low plat players, people get angry when it's apparent that I'm outclassed. It's not fun to feel like you ruined others' game.

On the other hand, I can play Sona and win lane against mid-gold supports.

If someone's complaining that you ruined their

normal game

for the sake of practice, there is something wrong with them. Normals is a great place to practice champs. Also, you won't get very far with ADC practice if you just spam Sona.
