Dig going to worlds is going to be a bit tougher because of last split. Here are the current point standings:

TSM: 90
c9:70
TL: 50
TIP: 30
Grav: 10
CLG: 10
Dig:0

If we assume that those teams minus c9 are the ones making the playoffs (seems pretty likely right now. NME looks like a clear 7th, c9 8th, and T8 9th), then there's a lot of shit that can happen, but at the end of the day:

1) Whichever of TL or TSM don't get the #2 seed are guaranteed a chance at the gauntlet (and this almost a null issue if one of them wins the split)
2) Dig doesn't get a chance at the gauntlet if they go out in the quarters. If they make the semis and either of CLG or Gravity go out in the quarters, they're good.
3) TIP going out in the quarters means that there's a chance that they wouldn't get a chance at the gauntlet. This would also require TL or TSM going out in the quarters, as any of Dig, CLG, or Gravity going out in the quarters automatically places them below TIP.
4) C9 is very likely going to get a chance because it'd be pretty hard for their 70 points not to put them in the top 4 once the two auto-seeds are determined.

Basically, Dig has to at least make the semis, and possibly do even better depending on how other results go to even have a shot at the gauntlet. If they don't win the split, they aren't getting auto-seeded in, so they'll have to fight for it (realistically, only TSM and TL are really competing for the auto-seed on most points at this point. If the current to 6 make the playoffs, TIP could also theoretically snag it, but that would require getting 2nd while TSM gets 5th/6th).

Ya, its really sad to see C9 doing so bad. I've always been a TSM fanboy, but C9 used to command a lot of respect. Their lane phase was only alright, but the plays they made were insane. I knew people said that Hai was a genius when it comes to strategy, but I didn't realize that was literally the only thing carrying their team.

Well, I think it's a combination of that and trying to adapt to the first lineup change your team has

Turtle is a super cool guy, but you could tell after yesterdays game he knew he didn't play well at all.

He's been underperforming for a little while now, so maybe just giving him a small break would be best for him.

I mean you never want to see someone come in and outperform you and take your job, but maybe this will be the spark he needs to kick it up a few more notches.

Who knows maybe Keith is the answer? Time will tell.

Honestly I think Turtle needs a change of team/scenery if he wants to get his groove back. We've seen it with other players (Cop comes to mind, even though statistically, he was never actually *that* bad), and I think Turtle's just burnt out on trying to be TSM's ADC.

Keith is a mechanically gifted player and could be the breath of fresh air TSM needs.

I mean, Turtle helped carry TSM to two straight Worlds, 3 of 5 split championships, their first major international win in a couple years, and helped defeat two Korean squads in international tournaments (SSW in Worlds 2014, even if SSW essentially threw it; and CJ Entus at Katowice). I know that he's been falling back into bad position habits, but if nothing else Turtle can go out proud.
