He actually seems like support or jungle, since Devour deals 20% max HP to enemies upon cast, plust a health/shield buff on E and his passive allowing for stuns during clears/ganks. The fact his Q only hits the first target seems to slant toward support over jungle (that'd make his clear time horribly slow, wouldn't it? Unless he levels W first for the AoE spit damage?) Or perhaps he'd be a peeling top laner?
The one point of confusion I have is for his ult, mainly because I don't yet know where exactly it works--oh, wait, it's a low-range teleport. It could be used to sneak into barons and such (or sneak ganks in from bushes.

coming back to Mafia...slowly. Keep an eye for me as a mod.
Also keep an eye for setup review requests.
but seriously though i dont see him being anything but a support, lol
he can peel pretty hard using AA-Q-AA-W or by just Wing someone
would also work as a mini kalista ult for your jungler or top
and his E makes him tanky enough with just targons+righteous glory

Eh. New (likely temporary) ARAM map, finally get GP/MF updates. I'd be surprised if anything else remotely significant came out of it. Riot has practically primed its playerbase to be let down by its "big events."
I'm made uncomfortable by the idea that the event will last a "few months" or something. It sounds like they wanted to do GP/MF/Tahm together, but it won't all be ready.

tbh, I rather liked both the Freljord and Shurima events, so I'm not sure why you think people have been 'let down' by this type of thing in the past? Unless I'm in the minority, I guess?
8 out of the last 9 champions have had slows in their kits (only rek'sai does not). It's interesting that Riot has leaned so heavily on slows, but it makes sense.

Kinda surprising. Riot previously said that they wanted to move away from slows in favor of personal speed boosts. But I guess they're skillshot slows (except Kalista).
Ekko is cool in the awesome individual playmaking, highlight real kind of thing. I think Tahm is arguably more interesting from a "unique aspect he brings to a game" kind of thing. It'll be interesting to see if people in solo queue really use him to do surprise ganks and what not, but I'd be really surprised if pros don't pull off some interesting stuff.
