Here is the schedule, a 16 game schedule, 4xround robin with each player playing each other four times, twice at home and twice on the road. Each player has 4 byes. Games will be playable in any order.

Top 2 Teams will play in a best of 7 championship, with the higher seed having home field advantage.(2-3-2 Format). If there is a tie for 2nd and 3rd there will be a best of 3 playoff(1-1-1 format). Any 3 way ties, 4 way ties, etc will be broken by record among the teams that are tied, if still tied then by margin of victory.

Games will be played at RPGChat.com (to save time, real time chat is faster than forum style chat, also they have dice rolling) so please set up an account there, using your MS name as your username) and then the chat transcript will be copied and pasted into spoiler tags in this thread.

Starting pitchers can only start once every fourth game. Relief pitchers cannot pitch three games in a row.

Also, I found a scorekeeping app called Scorefinger that we can use to keep track of games. Does everyone have a smartphone?

I can make a Challonge for score reporting, that would probably go better. I don't know how we'd go about putting four matches in though.

Also can we drop down to two matches per opponent please? I think having to arrange and play sixteen games would be way too tough.

I'm sorry, not understanding what you would say about going better.

We could do two games per opponent, I would want to put it up to vote though. I don't think four per would be that difficult, and the more games you play the more it increases the skill element.

I don't want to have to use a computer and a phone when all I need is one computer. Challonge would let you put in scores, organize the matches, et cetera (you'd still need the other website, but still).

Right, but the app let's you keep track of what is going on during the game while it's in process. I mean you could write everything in the chat but in my opinion letting the app do it is easier.

I would prefer to trade an infielder instead but would listen to offers.

@Framm: I would trade Kintzler or Cook(my relief pitchers) for Hill or Lawrie(your infielders).

Also let me know if you would like to play a practice game.

Also, using an app for scorekeeping was just a suggestion, it was by no means meant to be mandatory.

I'd be willing to give up AJ Ramos or Will Harris, whichever one you want, for Parra.

Does anyone else have an opinion on an 8 game schedule vs. a 16 game schedule? Using live chat it may be possible to play 2 games in a sitting, which would possibly allow for more games to be played.

I am around for a practice game MonkeyMan.

Let me look at the players and will give a decision later.

Pedit: Depends on the players. If we get through an 8 game schedule and it seems like it would work with 16 then we can always move it to more. I don't really care either way honestly.
