Because the wagon itself wasn't what was wrong with yesterday. And you two where just jumping on that wagon. I assumed that it was to create pressure on someone that stood out. I've seen it often and even drove a few myself. So, it means nothing in terms of mafia or town.

Rules

General

Please Note

- All site-wide rules and guidelines apply, and the game rules outlined here assume that you are familiar with the site-wide rules.

Deadlines

- Day phase will have a deadline of 14 days, and Night phase will have a deadline of 48 hours. Deadline extensions will be granted only in extreme circumstances. Actions not received by deadline will be counted as "No Action." Actions may be submitted ahead of time and can be changed as many times as desired; at deadline, the last valid action that was submitted will be used. Actions may be submitted via PM or private topic.

Lynching

- Lynches occur through simple majority (i.e., 50% of living players + 1, rounded down). If no majority is reached at deadline the person with the most votes will be lynched. You can not vote no lynch. Once majority is reached, no further votes or unvotes will count. All players, including the lynched player, are allowed to talk in twilight phase until the thread is locked, at which point Day ends.

Voting

- Votes and vote revocations must be bolded. Unvotes are preferred but not necessary when switching votes. Use of the vote tags is optional. Votes placed by accounts not present in the game will not be counted. Vote tricks will not be tolerated, and any judgment passed over the validity of any ambiguous votes is final.

Activity

- Prods will be issued to players if they have not posted within a 48-hour period. Players who have been prodded have 48 hours to respond in the game thread before a replacement is sought. For purposes of activity, Saturday and Sunday will be considered a 24-hour period. Prods will be sent even during declared periods of V/LA; if you expect to be gone for an extended period of time, please contact me and we will work it out.

Prohibitions

- Dead players and spectators may not post in the game until the game has officially been declared over. Do not attempt to impersonate the moderator. Do not do anything that may be considered questionable, even if you do not consider it to be such. Attempts to abuse technicalities in the rules will be considered rule violations.

Graveyard

- There is a graveyard topic available for dead players and spectators. Any living player who wishes to send a message to this topic may send it to me in a PM, and it will be passed on.

- Please contact me if you need clarification in anything in the rules or if you'd like to check if something you want to post is okay. For minor questions or vote count errors, bold your concern in the thread. For all other issues, PM me.

Game-Specific

At the start of pregame I will be sending everyone their alignment only!
You will receive one of the following pm:

town win condition:

town:
You win when all bad guys are dead and at least one town member lives.

Scum win condition:

You win when you equal or outnumber the town and nothing can prevent that.

Once I have 10 players confirm I will send out a second role pm with your ability for that game day.

Remember every game day you will recieve a different role ability pm, but your alignment will never change.

so i Q+'d those like 4 days ago on my cellphone. they were not intended to be posted. I WAS going to make a post on daystart about the lynch being 6 votes but rules saying 7, but the mod explained they made an error, so i didnt make the post. sorry for the link fails.

So, I think there is at least one scum among this group: Zakk, hiplop, Bella, Not_Mafia, and TheDominator

I agree with this list, except that I would not include Not_Mafia in it. And Bella To a lesser extent.

If you assume that Zakk is scum, would any of the others be scum?

I don't assume that Zakk is scum, though, because even though I think he should have made it more clear that he was a double-voter, he did say the word "twice" which, if he was scum, why would he say even that much? Do you think that he would have to say something like that to make his double vote count, and that he was deliberately trying to make it vague in order to lead to a mislynch? It seems unlikely to me that a double-voter would be scum; I thought that was typically a town role.

That being said—abilities like that don't mean someone is scum OR town, so I don't see why that's even a topic of discussion
