I mean he said 2 things on that post, that pretty much gives scum enough info to find the target as long as they arent incompetent. With how short xtoxm's ISO is it must not be that hard to find.
1) That he had found an ability
2) Asked if the ability was scum indicative
The 2nd line is what's indicative that his target would be one of his suspects.

For all we know if scum is flavor knowledgeable or investigated about amae koromo or that yaku specifically they could've thought it was a late game ability, since haitei raoyue relies on winning on the last tile drawn, they probably wouldn't have suspected it was the 1-shot global roleblock.

Even given that, despite xtomx's alignment i still can't figure out a reason for notty dying over chandra except reads, maybe.
