So we're clear here's what i think stuff should go like:
Singer shoots Chandra tonight, if Chandra flips scum and game isn't over we lynch Singer. if Chandra flips town we lynch Wisdom and proceed to continue PoEing scum out, and then eventually lynch Singer sometime later if we dont win.
Elbirn sits there and watches as he gets shot (most likely).
Chandra's track doesn't matter since she'll be dying tonight.
Bitmap can do whatever the fuck he's supposed to do, he's conftown and idc at this point.

She would also insta lose (as well as town) if chandra has the super OP role you're describing, so unless as SK she wants to let scum win after all that busing from Chandra she'll shoot Chandra and then proceed to give town the win.
Singer as SK screwed in either scenario unless there's no more shiratodai scum left, but in that case we'll probs eventually lynch singer either way.
And if singer's town vig, then she has all the more reason to shoot Chandra.
