Why are we assuming that the extra comma is a double vote? The wagon completely checks out if you remove it which pretty heavily indicates it's a mistaken copy paste.

As the producer of the vote count, I can say that the ", ," is a result of me cutting and pasting to move the voters around. If there is an invisible vote in play, it was not represented by the ", ,". The space created there was from Bulbazoor moving his vote between VC 2.12 and 2.13. I will neither confirm nor deny the existence of a secret invisible vote, but will confirm that the ", ," was the result of the way I constructed the vote count only.

Sorry, but I am not entirely sure this question is even relevant. I don't have a rule that I follow everytime someone soft-claims a PR, it all depends on the game.

At least BBT's statement is an affirmative that he has to run with and that can get him caught if I am right and he is lying. Vig is an ideal claim for scum though...

It's one of the early steps to a trap I like to spring. If it's not too dangerous keeping this type of player alive (good reads and good influence, mainly, or an important town PR), then I like keeping them to endgame because generally they're the most likely to fall into the trap of wanting to simplify the game later on when it's a better idea to just play based on reads.
