I dont remember ever saying my playstyle is ineffective. It just doesn't work here as much as I would like.
Less effective might be more appropriate.

I like my playstyle anyways, I wouldn't want to change it.

Also Bacde job was to convince me that Ciara was scum not me convince him that Ciara was town.

If Bacde's playstyle is fine like you said (and if he's town like you said), he would've convinced you that Ciara is scum. But he hasn't convinced you of anything, correct me if I'm wrong. And you haven't convinced him to suspect anyone else either.

The goal indeed is to lynch scum, but to lynch scum you need to work with your town first and have strong reasoning to suspect someone.
