I am confused as to the content of this post, Cheetory. Is this "mine" as in "yours"? Or have you rigged the thread with explosives?

Is it also possible that I am reading too far into this post?

(also did you get my note about V/LA in this post?)

So I'm torn here. I want to twist these words into a reason to vote Simple, but some people haven't even posted yet so should I push for a lynch or just wait?

well that's up to you. Personally if I saw something that was pressure worthy i'd just go ahead and push. No point in waiting for the slow people

you will often see mods post something on the last post of the page so they can have the vote count at the top of the next page. It's easier for them to post something random instead of waiting for somebody else to post.

Mods prefer to have the VC at the top of the page as it makes it easier to find.

Simple posts "hahaha also here's a poop joke"

I say "why did you say that"

The response is somehow everything in that post had a game relevant explanation. A relatively complicated answer to a simple question reads as nervous at best, lying at worst. I think both deserve a vote.
Phone posting. Low effort, big fun.

That's not always true, far from that. The thing that bothers me is that it wasn't an important question, or something carrying a huge accusation in it, just an observation. You didn't even vote him at that stage. That's why I have a weird feeling about that, not because he replied something a bit elaborated to a short sentence specifically.

1. that = the truth
2. that = the stage where you made the observation
3. that = ASP's post/explanation

Doesn't read easily for me. Is there a chance you could word that differently so I could actually comment significantly on it? Thanks :)

Dammit, sorry JF, I fucked up the quotes.

That quote (and question) was
actually
directed at Optilex.

It was meant to be a generalization for me that replying to a short sentence with a long one isn't a sign of being nervous or being a liar all the time. For example, " why didn't you out d2? " can be answered with a wall of text explaining why the guy didn't out that precise day.

The reason I voted is because he made a defense on what I consider a " harmless post ".

Clarification: when I say simple question I don't mean a small one. I mean a question that could reasonably answered with fairly little effort.

Thank you, I am sometimes incompetent at reading things worded a certain way.

Anyway, the way I see it is that ASP
is
acting a bit suspicious, but jumping on a wagon which already has four people on it from a single post is overkill and jumping to conclusions, so I'm staying off that wagon for now.

@ASP, why are you acting so defensive?

Nope. Although I know some of you from the games I've read.

I'm not. I answered the question directed to me. Do you have a

Are you now getting defensive over him having a problem with you getting defensive?

VOTE: A Simple Plan

I said about a single post not being enough to make me vote. Never said anything about two.

You've just turned a reasonable enough question into Jester being suspicious. That is enough to make me consider you suspicious.

(for the record, it is now L-2, so be careful with votes to avoid a quickhammer)
