Two questions:

Why would DGB (or anyone else, if she got a amnesiac result) watch Slobber?
Even if Imp is scum, why would they be redirected to Slobber if not for a framejob?

That doesn't exclude Imp being scum (which I'm going to hold as a potential conclusion because it still is), but where are you going after that? And what if Imp is telling the truth and that someone ELSE shot/got redirected to Slobber?
