i figured out that i can keep my fly up by using a key ring.

that was pretty significant.

oh and also we have wagons on performer and firebringer (bpc's slot).

personally, i'm waiting with bated breath for this big reveal from performer on why he voted bpc. the way he's made me wait for it, it should really tickle my funny bone.

here, let's just get to the goddamn bottom of it once and for all. why would spiffeh letting go of reads scummy? just at the most basic level?

It's more so that I don't think Spiffeh is actually THINKING this game, which goes along with his posts lacking any content and which goes along with him forgetting his prior reads. I think if he was legitimately putting thought into the game he wouldn't be having inconsistencies in his reads. Both his lack of much content and his inconsistencies make me think he is not thinking about the game, as in not putting effort into scumhunting - that is NOT what I would expect of town-Spiffeh

you think spiffeh's posts lack content...?

i don't agree with that

http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... ct[]=26341

This simply isn't anything comparable to his level of engagement as town. Prior to my pushing he had like 16 posts over 20 pages, almost all very short with minimal to no pushing on other players. That's not like Spiffeh.

Even in a vacuum, his play just in this game is so effortless. I guess we just don't agree right now.

Yes because I must have the exact same level of engagement in all of my town games

Look at the middle few days of the game you linked and you'll see that I'm not exactly a beacon of productivity throughout.

When I find something compelling enough in here you'll get more of me dw

With the exception of HP, that is actually a rather scummy wagon on Firebringer.

I don't have a problem with anybody on the Performer wagon

Firebringer (5): PeregrineV,
HerryPanther
, Performer, pisskop, Reasonably Rational

PV - null
Performer - scum
Piss - null
RR - scum

So yeah, I highly suspect the wagon is scum-driven as opposed to a very town-driven performer wagon

Damn it, I had a post but it didn't send...
Lets do it again, just without the quotes.

But yeah I can see what you are saying. However, PV looks good town for me...
Originally I thought that Performer could have just been trying to push another wagon to get off his (an obvious null tell)... However, there were more productive wagons going then.
The vote as well is questioning the wagon and voting him in the same post.
He also tries to push Ika as scummy and when no one takes the bait, he changes his tune... A bit like this;

Opportunist accusation to Ika
People disagree
Town lean but scummy townbloc tactic for Ika
Town lean Ika

That's really testing the waters, I mean, he even has his trunks and goggles on for that.

UNVOTE: Monkey
VOTE: Performer

his #310 + vote on BPC was just poor in general.

heartless was prob over-aggressive about it afterwards but the general point was correct, it looks like a scum giving a quota of stances to have without any sort of deep thought behind them nor any desire to be an influence on the town's direction

I think RR's vote on Firebringer is really bad despite reading them as town previously.

It looked like he noticed a consensus of disdain for Firebringer's play and rushed a vote to be ahead of the crowd.

And Firebringer looks town to me rn

Like if he looks at the situation and thinks people will start voting for FB then he can vote first to avoid being caught by VCA or called out for wagoning.

His reason is shitty too

@MattP: Don't waste my uber town read on you and join the Performer wagon.

With Performer being a top contender for lead wagon and him laying super fucking low right now screams to me it's the best wagon for a scum D1 flip. If he was the ONLY wagon, I'd bet money he'd be in here defending himself. Good scum tactic to lurk while contending for lead wagon in the hopes people forget about you and move on....ESPECIALLY in large games where there's so much posting.....ESPECIALLY when there is a counter wagon to your on a person posting more than you. Lurking in the shadows till the wagon goes away is how I'm interpreting Performer's actions (or lack thereof) right now.

tl'dr: Performer is a good wagon, more need to join.

In post 567, Cephrir wrote:VCA is bullshit.

@Cephrir: How does that even make any sense? VCA is the ONLY factual information we have barring PRs. It's LITERALLY the only thing we have to go on that is solid, factual and can't be messed with by PR's redirecting, blocking, etc. How does the best info in the game equal bullshit to you? Yes, I'd like you to answer this.
If you think I'm scum D1, bet all your money I'm town.
