I think that it's guaranteed either IaI or FAQ (Not both) are scum.
Regardless to the DGB or Titus. However, IaI would suggest Titus scum and FAQ would suggest DGB scum.

But, if IAI is town, I really don't think scum would have shot him. But, it's not impossible that they didn't want to have a conftown at LYLO... but still... as scum I would do the safe move.
