Because having all claims in the setup on D1 is better as scum cannot spin a narrative around SK or not as they would claim before knowledge. We'd have a finite number of setup possibilities.

Once SK is confirmed or denied, scum would be trapped.

Plus m ability either a) works as a second lynch or b) is trackable.

It also draws scums to me if I actually suspect them out of self preservation as vig CCs are best resolved by bullets in this setup.
