That only applies if the mod is using NAR, otherwise they are resolved however the mod has planned beforehand.
NAR is the standard and I find that it is the most likely choice for night resolution hence why I used as an example. Unless you think that the mod just decided to come up with her own just to fuck with us, this is the most probable strategy that will be used for the resolution of night actions.
Not all the mods here use NAR. It depends on personal preference, balance, design etc. It's always best to check with the mod if you need to know, rather than just making assumptions.

Ranger is scummy for the way he completely identified with Syryana's reasons for voting Firebringer, even though they were flawed. Again, it's not a strong read but it's the best I've got at the moment.
I thought the way Kid A came out in support of DGB was more town than scum.

Only thing I think is certain is that DGB has a PR of some sort of is scum, I don't think the claim is alignment indicative so I'd still like to see the flip.
