Ideally, our two lynch candidates for today would be Malakittens and talah. I'd lynch either of them. I realize there's probably only one scum left (though I suppose two is possible if the game

is

role madness), so one of the reads is probably wrong, but they're both equally strong in my eyes. (Slight lean towards talah as scum.) So my stance is that we should lynch one, and if the game's not over, vig the other. If one/both flipped town and the game was still ongoing, I'd reconsider my reads, but I don't see scum outside of them. Right now, I'm doing a bit of a reread to see if I can find which of them is more likely to be scum, but while I really want talah dead, Malakittens has the larger wagon on her.

This was the wagon shortly before the lynch. With the very

slight

possible exception of pignash, I can't see anyone on it as being scum. It's more than who they voted for--it's also who voted them. This can be explained if anyone really thinks it's necessary, but I think it speaks for itself.

On my wagon, we have one flipped scum, then we have {PeregrineV, talah}.
On Syryana, we have one flipped scum, then we have {Kid A, Malakittens}.
And I'm pretty sure that Nosferatu's vote was not scum bussing.

So yes, {Kid A, Malakittens, talah} is the only possible pool I can see scum in...and I have a personal townread on Kid A. (Again, rereading the thread now to see if I can get something stronger.)

If I was guessing purely from the VCA, I'd probably guess Malakittens, since I find it slightly more likely to have a second scum on the Syryana wagon. If I was guessing purely from play, at the moment I'd probably guess talah, by a slight margin. So still figuring this out.

It's possible talah and Kid A are town and PeregrineV is scum, but I'd prefer we wait until tomorrow. The scum's roleblocking role was taken out. They can't stop the vig shot. Therefore it serves as a second lynch. We're guaranteed at least one free vig shot, more if the vig isn't nightkilled by the scum. Kid A can be vigged, talah can be lynched, and if the game's not over, PeregrineV can be lynched.

I might change my stance by the time I'm finished reading, though. I'll keep you posted. (Still rereading.)

This post confirms my suspicion that Nosferatu's interaction with Huntress was not scum-scum.

I might have changed my opinion, here.

I realize I didn't like 345 at the time, but I actually hold a more neutral stance now; I can see it either way.

379 and 380 are both bravado that tonality-wise really sound like town to me, for what it's worth. 387 even moreso--while the talah defense (Molla's vote at the time) is unusual, it reads as extremely sincere.
I also liked 468/469, though I can't name anything in particular about them.

(Should be noted my pignash townread has grown stronger on the reread, too. I've skipped that since I'm assuming everyone else shares it, but if people want me to, I can point out why.)
