I do see play that makes no sense to me, but I only see it making no sense as scum. I can

And in my experience, if play makes no sense as either alignment, default to town anyway.

There was little debate. The Allied Unification Army marched at sunrise, liberating those who would join their cause and cutting down those who resisted. Caught by surprise, members of the Epoch Resistance fled rather than fight a losing battle. In a squalid hovel, one woman refused to leave.

She was tending to fallen soldiers who all bore Epoch Resistance emblems, although there were many other wounded under her care. One of the survivors recounted that her name was Silva, and if it wasn't for her, many more would have died. Richmond rubbed his neck, the cold of the morning sending a chill through him. He knew she fought back and had to be slain, but it bothered him. Surely, she was a good person. Surely.

The army marched onward without such regrets.
