T-Bone, I'm sorry man. Megatron, y'know how he can be.

Also. Thank fucking GOD I did not start Romo today. That would've been catastrophic.

Mith dropped Romo week 3 or 4 this year in league 2. I picked up romo last week because all I got is Bortles and Luck. And Luck won't be back until week 15 at the earliest. As thats not a very good situation, I grabbed romo as another QB option. I didn't start him today as I figured Carolina defense could give romo a rough time today compared to the chargers who are gonna loose to Jacksonville. I had no idea carolina would be that rough on romo. I too am glad I didn't start him

I did that in one league. Just picked him up last week. I liked Eli's matchup with Washington this week though

I honestly can't blame you for this decision. It sucks for you in hindsight, but I would not get bent out of shape over it

As Romo is now out for the season I'll be dropping him for someone, not sure who. As he is on my bench I think I can drop him today without having to wait until tuesday as long as guy I want is not on waviers already.

@Wraith,
was that why you were mad at me, for getting Romo? Were you trying to get him too? I didn't grab him so you couldn't. That would have be a dick move. There's no way I know of to tell who is trying to grab who off waivers. Also I wanted another QB option and it was pretty obvious what I was thinking about getting awhile ago

http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... 2#p7405182

If you really wanted romo you could have grabbed him when mith put romo on waivers when he went down the first time. He has been on the market for everyone for awhile so you could have grabbed him a long time ago. I kinda wish you had grabbed him and started him now given how well carolina took the ball off him yesterday. I am willing to bet you ain't mad at me any more if romo was the reason

I'm not
mad
, I'm joke-mad. I wanted to grab Romo since Flacco died last week but my first place status kills my waiver priority. When I noticed you were sitting on three QBs I assumed you were squatting to screw over other teams lol, so I shook my fist in mock anger.

Not that it matters now lol

Waiver priority is not decided by place its decided by when you last grabbed someone. You were last because you used it the week before on someone. Not because you were in first place.

I don't consider having 3 QB's a dick move. Especially when Luck doesn't even count as 1/2 a QB since he only will play 2 out of the remaining 5 weeks. Only way I think it would have been a dick move would have been if I could somehow know who was waiting on romo and grabbed him just so they couldn't. But there's no way I know of to do that

Panzer's setup has been unset basically every week. IMO, he should be automatically relegated as a result, regardless of final placing. With lots of people vying for League 1 space, it's silly to keep along someone who hasn't played.

For reference, this in Panzer's missed lineup changes:

Week 3: DeMarco Murray left in, was out with injury.
Week 4: Andrew Luck left in, out with injury. Kicker left in, on Injured Reserve.
Week 5: Luck left in, still out with injury. Defense left in on BYE.
Week 8: DeMarco Murray left in on BYE.
Week 9: Keenan Allen left in, out with injury. Graham and Santos left in on BYE.
Week 11: Bradford left in, out with injury. Bryant left in, out on BYE.
Week 12: Bradford left in, out with injury.

So 12 slots with zeros from failing to set the lineup through 12 weeks. That's less than good.

I just realized that theoretically, I can still win my division.

Also, I concur with Rob. Kinda bullshit, and especially when we're doing divisions and it does tilt the odds in a close battle in ones favor (mine in this case)

I agree, although I don't think it will matter - his points for are terrible and he's already well on his way to another loss. Maybe we should have a three strikes type policy specified in the future.

And yes, you can definitely win the division. Panzer isn't helping, but it's far from impossible.

Like, I don't mean relegated to division 2. I mean relegated to the bottom.

Anyway, mith's league, etc, so I won't say any more. I just noticed that his behavior continued after being brought up earlier in the thread.

Well, I don't think L3 should have to take an inactive player either. If someone shows this lack of interest repeatedly, then I think it's fair to just say they're not playing next year.

I have a deep hatred of Jeremy Maclin.

EDIT: My decisions this week are going to knock me out of playoffs probably. Damn it.

I'd hate to win on TD37 failing to start an active kicker, but a win is a win.

wish I had started Inmanbut I think I still have a pretty good shot at winning this week since I still have my kicker, a running back and a wr slot to play this week.

I seriously fucked myself. RIP playoff dreams.

Left 15 extra points at QB and 20 extra points at WR on my bench.

The Sanders > Maclin is the one I'm kicking myself over. With Sanders' recent performance, sitting last week, and having never caught a pass from Osweiler, I should have gone with Maclin.

Need 17.1 points out of Benjamin tomorrow. It's possible, but without it I can't make any mistakes and will need help to advance to the playoffs.

EDIT: He's their #1 WR now that their top two going into the season are both out with concussions. If ever there was a week to make this happen, that week is now.

So I think I just had one of the worst weeks in my life, or at least in a very long time.

-Definitely tore or strained a muscle in my own knee at work and can only get through the weekend through profligate use of painkillers
-Steelers lost stupidly
-Struck out of 3 Strikes Challenge
-Went negative in predictions
-Lost badly in both fantasy leagues
-Fourth major injury in paid fantasy league (Forte, Foster, Forsett, Gronk)

Fuck this week
