It just looked like one of those off the cuff townreads on that guy that you just know is going to obvtown sooner rather than later so it's low risk and it makes you look like you're giving original content (since at the time I believe you were the first person to say he was town).
I realize I'm not exactly a neutral opinion on this, but: you are way overthinking that.

So my read was premature because I only read one Bork post, but I also knew I was being original because I had read everything else?

I think it was way different. I was actively parodying old posts in that game. When I made my opening post in this game, I was in a good mood. There was nothing cheeky about it.
Aw, well I know BRO would likely not fakeclaim Miller as town barring an IC role which he probably is not. as I mentioned, he faked a miller role as scum in a game with me and Tammy. So hes not incapable of it, but I dont think its from scum here either.

Spoiler: not game related
I realize that a lot of your sentiments about that had to do with my actions early in the game; I am truly sorry about that but I was working off a gamestate that literally made no sense unless I knew that Feu had actually killed his partner; the only other conclusion that worked at that point was that Feu was town that had killed scum Majiffy and you were just lying.
I ended up ignoring a lot of people telling me I was wrong in order to make that work, but that's where my head was at and that's why I couldn't change my mind about it.
In post 279, AngryPidgeon wrote:1) Well it was a pretty much shooting from the hip read and I've since gotten more -shrug- about it because other people are posting things that look town to me and I dont want to bloat my townreads. The thought was about how persistent he was in encouraging the groom/bride to claim. Its a bit bold for scum and doesn't really match up with what I recall of Bork's scumgame anyhow. I like that he had direction so early and I generally had good feelings about him.
I came into this expecting to lambaste you about this because on some level I felt that you may have tempered the read to mollify Empire, but honestly you were the first person to townread me and it was everyone else that assembled the cavalcade to agree with you (which should be a good indication that you're right) but yeah
I want to give you room here because I think you're a potentially dangerous threat to scum if you're town, I just feel that you're really only 1) being reactive rather than proactive and 2) only really reaching skin deep

Yeah, it was weird, like, I had both thoughts independently but didn't try to see how they fit together (which I'm chalking up to being tired and this shitty job I have >_> ).
Unvote
I need to think more about this game because I reached "can it really be this simple?" mode surprisingly quickly.
