I've only ever played one in my shaman builds. drawing a second is pretty bad since you wont be able to play it for like 3 turns.

The time I drew 2 was surprisingly not terrible. I think the card is just so bonkers good that having it be dead in your hand for a few turns isn't the end of the world.

I also find it bullshit that literally every Paladin I face gets Muster on turn 3, with a 50% chance of having a t2 knife juggler.

To be fair, I think they mulligan hard for those cards. A paladin who plays first on t3 is seeing up to 9 cards by t3 in a thirty card deck to try and find their Musters.
One time, back in 'nam, Sudo was set upon by an entire squadron of charlies. He challenged them all to a game of Pictionary, which he won resoundingly. The charlies were forced to not only surrender the skirmish, but also their world-famous chili recipe, which Sudo sold to Texas for a hefty profit. Sudo is a master of diplomacy.

its higher though, the odds of drawing muster in your opening hand are
6.6667% + 6.8966% + 7.1429% =20%

Then on the mulligan its
7.4074% + 7.6923% + 8%
total probability to see it by turn 1: 43.78

Turn one draw adds 7.40, turn two draw adds 7.69, turn three draw adds 8%, meaning they have about 67% chance to draw it by turn three if they hard mulligan for it.

Still feels like I see it more often than that.

That's also assuming they don't hold any other cards (chows, shielded OPbots, Knife jugglers, etc)

Right, this is assuming a hard mulligan. But I suspect that confirmation bias is what causes you to think they get it more often then they should. The reality is just that they'll see it a high percentage of the time.

Which sucks because muster for bullshit+shielded minibot are both bullshit cards, and there's a very high chance you'll see both of them every time you vs pally.

I won a game last night literally from only Doomhammer beats and a couple spells I think. 2 Doomhammers, I think rockbiter weapon at some point. I just never really drew into a my dudes. And the ones I did draw into got exploded.

I just started playing patron. It's a weird deck. It doesn't really feel strong to me.

Its a pretty hard deck to play well. It's obviously a lot less strong than it was pre-nerf, and it has different matchups than it once did.

I had never played it before, and had only really seen it in action once or twice. I lost my first game, won my second game. Neither one had patron get online or even come close(the win was just straight mid range beatdown with death bite into grommash burst but it was against a janky rogue golden monkey deck so didn't feel good). Was just about to post that I wasn't really sure if it was me or if the deck was just really not great anymore and was overrated based on it used to being great. I played 1 more against mid range druid. Ended up with a full board of grim patrons and denied him any board at all. So, uh... everyone get in here, men.

I played a lot of patron pre-warsong nerf. It was super hard to play. I haven't played this new iteration (because I don't have gromm and I don't plan on crafting him)

I started playing it at rank 2 with 3 days left in the season. Lost my first 15 games. Lost roughly 75% of my matches til the end of the season. Ended the season at like rank 12 or something absurdly low like that.

But I kept playing it and eventually got my win rate with it up to like 60.

Yeah, last night I won a game where I did like 3-4 damage with minions and literally the rest was burn+doomhammer.

Patron warrior looks like a kind of unfun deck to play. Sort of like BladeRouge, way too many weird decisions to make.

Now that I have Shaman Deck wins, mech version built (and I'll likely also build a Shaman Deck Wins, full aggro version to see how that one plays), I'm gonna play most that because I love RDW variants. Will probably go for RenoLock next.

Wait, weird decisions are unfun? That's like my favorite part of the game. Thats why oil rogue is like my favorite deck to play.

Shaman does seem like the most Magic-y deck at the moment.

I played Oil for a while, I seriously never got it. I didn't play a version with Van Cleef or Thalnos in it though, so maybe that's why it was bad? IDK. I eventually just gave up on it.

3-1 with patron now(with patron triggering two games in a row). Doesn't really seem that hard, maybe level of difficulty changed(or I'm just doing normal rank 11 things). I just kinda play it like a normal mid range deck.

Aggro Shaman is literally just RDW from Magic but dumber. Considering that RDW, Gruul beats, and Boros Deck Wins are my favorite deck types from MTG...
