I thought we were kicking Panzer out for not playing half the season?

If I lose, I need Agar and ONE of {Tally, Cow} to lose. I don't need Cow to 100% lose. I think that's not horribly unlikely.

Of course, I have to close on Sunday which means I'll stand at my desk frantically refreshing ESPN on the work computer all night long and I'm going to have to bring a spare charger for my phone.

God dammit, sometimes I hate working Sundays.

Huh? AP trade. My record is better than yours, how are you arguing to kick me out?

The AP trade had nothing to do with you. There was a discussion earlier about you being relegated for not playing/sitting your line up for half the season. It was mostly me being snarky but you did kinda muck things up a little when you did things like that.

You may have just been snarky, but I wasn't, and I don't think the others were either. If anyone repeatedly fails to set their lineup, and I'm talking leaving bye week and long-term injured players in rather than a couple of game time decisions, I think it's entirely reasonable to talk about whether they should be in the league, especially when we have two other leagues of people who could take that spot. Mith sets the leagues up and Tally is the commissioner, so it's not up to us, but it's a fair question.

My record currently says I played better than 5 of the other players in our league over the course of the year, maybe they should have tried not setting their line up either.

You would easily be in playoffs had you set your lineup every week, and there would be some players who would have significantly less dominant records.

I wasn't being snarky when I brought it up, although I don't really care to talk about it more or advocate for relegation in this case. Up to mith, really.

Thought the odds looked a bit weird in some cases so I checked my formulas and a couple of teams didn't have their points calculating correctly for this week. They should be as follows:

Playoff:
Tally Whackers 82.24%
Rob 77.74%
Heifer Skelter 24.32%
JPPs4FingaDethPunch 15.70%

Relegation:
KMD's Raiders 86.22%
Mask of Zorotter 78.94%
Beavers Love Wood 56.46%
Wrath of Romo 54.38%
InstaGraham 24.00%

We all agreed on what the conditions of relegation were prior to starting the season, how I choose to run my team(or not run my team) is really nobody else's business but mine. I don't see how not setting your line up is any different than literally any thing else in fantasy football. So basically, you all need to stop being such crybabies

There's a 24% chance you're gonna get your way anyway, so, uh, do ya feel lucky, punk?

You're expected to try so that you're not sitting there and taking the spot from someone who does want to play.

I kinda agree with Rob. I don't mind losing to someone who set their lineup well. It makes me feel like skill was involved. But losing to someone who drafts and ditches just exposes how stupidly random the whole fantasy football thing is. Mind as well play in a public Yahoo league.

Plus, y'know, the first rule in the OP.

The bigger concern for me is those who win against such players. It inflates the record of those within the division, making the wild card less likely to go to players in other divisions. Not sure that happened here (Agar lost to panzer once), but it is an issue

In other news, I may get Edelman back for fantasy playoffs if I make it. He's out this week, but practiced Friday. Much earlier than expected.

I split with Panzer. He didn't set his lineup the first time, which I won, though his bench appears to not have been in position to have an impact.

Grabbed Ben Watson in case Vernon Davis doesn't play. Fell asleep before I could put him in. Now he has 8.6 points and I have to grab a TE who plays 4pm or later if Davis is out. Fuck.
